The First European Conference on Post-graduate Education in Medical Radiation Physics, held in Budapest on 12-14 November 1994 was a milestone for the development of the profession in Central and Eastern Europe and also triggered various international activities in the field.

Materials from 30 European countries and institutions were collected after the Conference and published in the book "Medical Radiation Physics - A European Perspective". The book includes information for most of the Medical Physics education activities in Europe (by country). Hundreds of copies of this "blue book" were distributed all over Europe and other countries in the world. The second Internet-edition of this book is presented here in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
This is the first book on medical physics education and training.
